Common Questions
Managing your subscription
Dharma Daily subscriptions are billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Find Dharma Daily in the list and tap it to manage.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then.
Restoring purchases
If you've subscribed previously and don't see your premium access (for example, after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device):
- Open Dharma Daily.
- Go to the paywall or settings screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you originally used to subscribe.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund policy applies.
Account deletion
Most of your Dharma Daily data — journal entries, prayer log, reflections — is stored locally on your device. To remove all app data, simply delete the app from your device.
If you'd also like us to delete any account information from our servers, email info@thunderrebel.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll confirm within a few days.
Trouble with daily devotionals or AI features
The AI Devotional Guide and personalized devotionals require an active internet connection. If content fails to load:
- Check your internet connection.
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Make sure you're running the latest version (open the App Store and check for updates).
If the issue continues, please email us with your device model, iOS version, and a brief description of what you were doing when it happened.
